As an entrepreneur and investor, I am involved in companies with digital topics and in the service sector.

At my work in governance boards, with companies, committees and executives, the topic of sustainably successful digital transformation is currently in the foreground. Digital excellence arises from the combination of innovative power, operational quality and clever design of change and HR topics such as skill shift or choice of a suitable organizational form from classic to customer-centric agile.

In the innovation mentoring I support the design, positioning and market proximity of innovative, digital solution offers.

I have a PhD in engineering and can draw on experience in technology management, production, HR and IT management through my professional involvement. I know the travel/transportation, aerospace and automotive industries from the inside.

I also serve as Chairman of the Presidium and Board of Directors of VOICE, the Association of IT Users in Germany, and Co-Chairman of the European CIO Association (EuroCIO), the European organization for large IT users and umbrella organization of national CIO associations. Networking, active cooperation and the exchange of best practices among digital professionals in Germany and Europe are important to me.
